    I am thrilled with my experience with Chris. I called him in a total panic and he arrived within an hour to help me fix my audio issues with my sound system. He worked to find me a solution to fix the issues and followed up via text, call and email until we found a solution that worked.  He was conscious of my tight timeline and fit me in quickly. Chris really cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy. Overall great experience and will keep his info on file for future audio needs.

    The first time I asked Chris to come to my facility was for an emergency. He showed up quickly and got the data connected for my environmental control system promptly.


    I asked him to come out again to run cabling and set up WiFi Access Ports throughout my facility so my employees could access data even in the far reaches of the warehouse. His work is clean, reliable, and thorough.


    I plan on asking him to come out again to set us up with "nice-to-haves" such as TVs and video teleconferencing systems for when we grow large enough to need more sophisticated equipment.

    Chris came thru in a pinch, when trying to get some last minute work done for a customer. He was flexible and accommodated our clients difficult schedule and last minute changes. Quality of work performed was outstanding. I would recommend Chris to anyone. And look forward to working with him again in the future.

    My husband had purchased a BOSE sound bar from Amazon for our big screen TV. We had no idea about how to set it up and it sat there for months. I contacted someone from one of the free lance web services who came out, didn't have the right part, screwed up our TV/DVD system, left and never came back. So, I started looking for someone who owned their own business and got lucky with Chris. As seems to be the common theme, he came quickly, is responsive and solved our installation problem PLUS he solved the "so which remote do I use to do what amongst the 6 we have" with a single universal remote which was purchased quickly and he programmed it so even I can use it. He is passionate about what he does and cares about doing good work. A suggestion is to make sure that the method of payment that he uses via his phone is one that is compatible with yours. We had a few back and forths about transferring but worked it all out. Thanks Chris. Plus, ask him about the logos on the back of his truck!

    It was so great to find someone to work with who is not only knowledgable about home theater, but shares the same passion. From the moment I met Chris I knew he would do a great job installing my speakers to complete my home theater project. He was kind enough to come by to take a look at the job, at no charge. He came prepared to do the job and he was extremely professional. He did not waste any time getting the job done. He was extremely neat, which is one issue I have had with other people in the past. I really appreciated that. His prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be telling all my friends about the great work that Chris does. I was so impressed at his breath of knowledge from the simple to extremely complicated home theater projects. The next time I have a project he will be the first person on my list to call.

    Chris was very professional and had great response time! Considering a lot of businesses are on skeleton crews and not everyone picks up the phone over the holidays. Chris was able to quickly get back to me and was able to come out and and run two 60' HDMI Cables. The work was over a tall ceiling and the charge was very reasonable compared to other quotes I recieved. Some others were trying to charge me for a two hour minimum just to look at it, but not here. Chris listened carefully to what work needed to be done and gave me a reasonable flat rate. Thanks! would hire again.
